![]() ![]() I use the free program provided by Avery to print Labels. Open the blank label file for the next page ans so on. Save it under another name, or if you don’t need to save it just print. Then open this document to create a sheet of labels. You could create a page of blank labels and save it. Unfortunately this is the way the label creation method works. If you insert a page break as suggested it will be a blank page without any label format. ![]() 37 For instance setting a button label to '&Print' makes it display as P rint and for Alt + P to be a shortcut equivalent to pressing that button. If you want to manually enter different text on each label then leave the Label text box empty and enter the required text in each label. In Microsoft Windows menus, labels, and other captions, the ampersand is used to denote the next letter as a keyboard shortcut (called an 'Access key' by Microsoft). If you want to print multiple pages then set the number of copies in the printer dialogue. If you want the same text on every label insert the text in the Label text box and a LO document will be created with a single page of labels. ![]() I assume you are using New>Labels to create the labels. I assume you are not using a database, as pointed to in his reply, as with this method all the records are printed using the number of labels required to print all the records.
